Ad Astra Wins Department of Homeland Security (USCIS) Contract

Washington, District of Columbia – May 13, 2022.  

Ad Astra announced today that it has been awarded a new contract to provide language Interpretation services to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).  

Ad Astra will be contracted to provide interpretation services to 4 regional offices, 25 district offices and 89 field offices located throughout the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The program will help Immigration Services Officers to communicate and understand applicant responses and engage with applicants to discuss their situation and needs. 

Ad Astra’s President and CEO, Lena Petrova-Toolsie, stated that “USCIS is managing the world’s largest immigration system and Ad Astra is beyond excited to work with them. We will be helping to bridge the language barriers that countless people face from hundreds of different nations. Ad Astra will exclusively work with those Immigration Services Officers for interviews in 89 Field Offices located throughout the US starting June 1st, 2022. We are honored to serve the US Department of Homeland Security.”
