That’s why we ensure the accuracy and reliability of our sign language interpreters by providing a separate screening process for our signing professionals. All our sign language interpreters go through a live screening process, a qualifications assessment, and the majority of them are certified by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID). Beyond the language barrier, there are also cultural barriers and other needs unique to the Deaf/Hard of Hearing community. Knowing this, a focus of ours is also to help our clients familiarize themselves with the challenges faced by the Deaf/Hard of Hearing community.
